Debilitating phobia, Need suggestions

Hello everyone! Does anybody know what is the best treatment for emetophobia (fear of vomiting)? It seems like CBT would be the way to go for most phobia but because of the nature of it I wonder if anybody heard of a better treatment?

Also, anyone you’ve known ever successfully treated this particular phobia?

I am seeking help but I am not sure where to start.
