So. When I have panic attacks it's like a dark cloud. I can't breath. I cant think. And I believe and feed into what the voices are saying to me. I was wondering to anyone out there how you fight this? Or what the most effective way you power thru the attack?
I would like to start challenging myself instead of believing them. But they sound so real!

I totally understand I wish I could tell u how to get over it how to feel better..... but I honestly don’t know.... I’m in the same boat I hope we can figure it out together...
You need more sleep 😴 otherwise your mind plays tricks on you ....always remember the voices are just your own mind trying to navigate you through situations and panicy is the fight or flight response.....more sleep ...more stable.....I’ve been taking valerian root tablets..herbal..and am getting more better quality sleep
I know how you feel. Especially at night when the voices in your head seem to be the loudest. I try breathing exercises and just tell the voices to shut up and quit living in my head tent free.
