Heart irregularities.

Hi all. Ive had a long history of health anxiety. Does or has anyone experienced ectopics or irregular heart rate thump that last 5 10 secs that scare the life out of you? They can also be a pause like a fish flopping around like your heart is farting type feeling thud un throat? I just want them.gone.

Hello! Yes I get these all the time. Have for the past 5 years on and off. I can go a couple days and be totally fine and then BAM I’ll get 2-3 little runs in a day and I’m back to being all anxious again. They tell me my heart is fine but I don’t believe them. So working on that.

Im.the same. And 5 yrs. How often do you get them?

Does it feel as if your heart is irregular beating for 5 10 sec and then normal ? I walk around thinking about it all the time. And i have vertigo on top! Any remedies that have worked?

I get at least one a day. Some days I have way more. The runs of 5-10sec I get like once a week on average. But they scare me so much.

No remedies per say but I have been seeing a counsellor again. Telling myself daily I am happy, healthy and safe. And I try to fit in mindfulness once a day.

I also take a magnesium supplement but I don’t notice a huge difference

How long have you been taking it for? All this from anxiety ?? It scares me too so much
