So happy to have 2 months smoke free! Its helping with the healing of my shoulder replacement I had done on Aug 6th. Hurts extremely bad but quitting smoking should help with healing faster. Thanks for all your support! Hope you all have a wonderful day!!💝😄😊☺✌

Well done.
Congratulations! That is no easy task! I quit in 1982 and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Well done⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good morning 🌞 congratulations on your journey to quit smoking! I've tried to quit smoking several times with no success. Will keep trying until I succeed 😉 I hope you do have a quick recovery 🙏 and I'm glad you're with family while you're in recovery from surgery. I wish you all the best and will keep you in mind and in prayers 💛😇💛
Yayyyy you’re doing great
lovedogs, great picture. Doctors did their part and you are doing yours. Congratulations
on taking two big steps forward, having the surgery and quitting smoking. Wishing you a
good recovery. Sending you a gentle gentle hug xx
Congratulations! That’s a huge accomplishment. Not everyone can put the smokes down. I smoked for over 30 years and just picked a day to quit and that was 2.1.08. I’ve been smoke free since then. I come from a family of smokers. Also, I have a plate in my neck. I was told by my doctor that if I didn’t quit smoking the fusion would not work, so there’s definitely something to that. Just know that if you were still smoking, you wouldn’t be healing as fast for sure
