I spent some time on this forum, trying to gather info on interactions between alcohol and my meds. I finally gave up trying to justify my drinking, and quit. I have been sober for 3 weeks. It was tough and still is, but I see great benefit in my overall anxiety decreasing to a more manageable level. This group provides a lot of support. Thanks.

Great to hear. The group helps me too 😊
Congratulations on your 3 weeks. Are you using a 12 step program for help? I found I needed (need) support from other people who are working to stay sober. PM me anytime. Lynne
