For me A great place to come along and share not only struggles but achievements..being anonymous for me helps, as I feel I can be me 😁 and say how I truly feel. Getting things out there is a great help..
Replying to others when I can is lovely too, it’s nice to feel you can offer support or just say hello and your not alone...
