Do anyone here knows how can I control my heart rate? I hate it when I get it to high.

The job of our hearts is to slow down or speed up when needed, a little like the gas pedal on a car. Normal heart rates are 60-100. It goes higher at times in response to things like pain( emotional

or physical), fear( fight or flight response), exertion( exercise) etc. so in answer to your question, the answer is yes and no. If you take in a lot of stimulants such as caffeine that can affect it. Eating healthy and staying well hydrated, calming yourself thru things like meditation, controlled breathing can slow a heart down.

I tried deep breathing and all. But nothing works. find reason of it, reason of anxiety, and then try to cure it. It will work. :)

You control your heart rate by accepting it for the moment and not fighting and stressing and obsessing about it. Fighting it only causes more tension and anxiety which prolongs the high heart rate. Accepting it for the time being in the full knowledge that this is the normal response to anxiety and stress allows you to relax, your mood calms and eventually your heart beat returns to normal.

So you reduce your heart rate by doing nothing!

If you could see your heart muscle you would know how strong it is: the largest muscle in the body. The healthy heart can easily accept beats per minute of up to 200 without any problem. Take reassurance from that fact.

Do see your doctor though for further reassurance that this is only anxiety making itself known. You are only reacting to stress in the normal way.
