Hey guys, I have to go to work in a few hours, but I am struggling so much with fatigue. My emotions have been bouncing all over the place over the last 3 days and last night I couldn’t fall asleep until 5AM. What are some things you do to help yourself wake up and have a clear mind? Do you ever struggle with work and other daily tasks because of your mental state?

Iaselle17, I used to struggle with the same sleep issues. A few things that worked for me:

1. Write down all the worries of the day (first few times was a lot of writing but over time it only became a few items on my mind.

2. I light some candles, turn off the lights, and watch the flames flicker for about 15 seconds and then blow the candles out before making my way to my bed in the dark.

3. Take melatonin if I am not asleep by 11pm.

There are lots of great suggestions out there like increasing water through the day, no caffeine or alcohol after Xo'clock...
