A couple years ago I posted that I was suffering from very strong thoughts of killing myself. Since then my progress in finding a new me and life has been solely based on the fact that I’m worthy of life. No matter how cold and dark it may seem there’s always a silver lining and beyond that you will see the light. I have been going to counseling and I follow my non negotiable decisions
