I hope everyone is well. Name one thing you've achieved today, whether it's just getting out of bed or making your bed. You see start of small and build it up day by day. It's also ok to have days that we don't achieve something as it acts as a reminder to us why we need to keep working at it.

I see this was two days ago but I accomplished laundry, some writing, a shower, and changing the sheets today. I just had to post that now I’m exhausted. Oh, and I ate appropriately. That’s big for me.

Hi, to be honest just managed to only start replying back to people as I've not been too great with health however love talking to people so nice pick me up. Sounds like you have been crazily busy. Hope you have put your feet up and now relaxing.

Worked at library, cleaned bathrooms, read, knitting now. Please help with senseless rumination over upcoming blood work. Meditated, but cannot stay in relaxed stated. Telling myself I want to relax, rather than I have to relax. Sometimes that helps . Afternoons have improved. Still sometimes this happens. Thanks for any help!!
