I work in a hospital as you guys know. I'm a safety monitor which means sometimes that I have to sit with patients. Mainly older with dementia and alzheimers. Or sometimes they just are flat out crazy.
Which is my biggest fear. The physical symptoms feel real.
Like I'm blanking out. Losing my senses. Losing my mind.
Like I'm going to become one of them. Then I wonder. How they got this way? Will it be me?
Will I become this way if I keep stressing myself out like this?
I'm so stressed I feel out of body, or not in control of my body
Positive thoughts please. .....

It sounds like you maybe having some derealization , since your anxiety is pretty bad especially at your job. If you feel afraid of going to work and it’s full time, I’m sure you’re extremely anxious most of the time? I have it, it sucks! You feel out of your body and blanked out for sure. Do you take daily meds to help with anxiety?
