It’s been quite awhile since I’ve posted. I’ve been doing great but continue to have side effects from the Zoloft. Spaciness, dizziness and a feeling that I’m just not myself. I’ve been told by my psychiatrist that I can start weaning off as I was prescribed Zoloft after a hysterectomy last year. I went from 150 to 125 over the past two months but am terrified to do more. However, the side effects give me anxiety at this point. Anyone have a similar situation or coping skills that worked while weaning?

See if your doctor will prescribe you a benzodiazepine while you are weaning off. That will help tremendously with the anxiety.
