CBD oil

I live in Mo and cbd oil has recently become legal. I just bought a bottle of 25 mg gel caps and taking one at night to see if it helps my arthritis knee pain and my anxiety/ depression. It’s pricey so hoping it helps. Anyone have and good or bad experience with it?

I have no experience with cbd oil, but notice it is available on Amazon much cheaper than locally.

Be aware of the Amazon descriptions for the contents.

They advertise a great deal on the Rescue Remedy Spray stress relief, especially when buying the 2 pack set. What arrives in the delivery is the smaller size.

I paid for that spray bottle costs twice instead of getting what I ordered which is one spray dispenser. Less contents, more packaging.

Rescue Remedy Stress has been wonderful. It's the only way to go product I know that will calm me down when panic comes to get me.

Two Drs. told me it's made from flowers and safe to use when needed. Takes a couple of weeks to get the delivery, so I shop in health food and vitamin stores a month before I predict I'll run out. Not easy to find.

I'm very sensitive to anything digested.

I look forward with interest to your results.

I tried the oil using drops under the tongue. Hated the taste tolerated it for about 10 days. Got totally sick of it but might try the capsules.
