New Job Anxiety

I'm a few days in and although I'm doing well I still have chest pains of anxiety when I walk through the door. It's so annoying. =/

Hi Nadia, congrats on the new job 👍 I can relate to what you say and how you feel. This may sound crazy and difficult to do, but if you can label your anxiety as excitement (cause the physical sensations are actually the same), this may help X smile when you walk through the door so other ppl will smile back.
