little bored

Now that i been here at the motel for about 3 weeks I"m so bored. ONly so much tv i can watch and so much journaling I can do. The weather here is crummy since its suppose to rain all week long. I left my books and knitting supplies at the old place I was living in. I've been in a few anxiety attacks since i been here. THe attack last night was bad enough that i had a knot in my chest.

I am sorry you are in a motel. is there any family you can reach out to? I hope so. Pick up yourself get some good coffee and start to mingle with people outside of the room. get out find a mall, find a cafe. take care ..... your friend....

i've been talking to some people here at the motel. As for family, i had to remove myself from them due to an argument and don't want to deal with them anymore.
