Some herbs and plants etc are supposed to be good to promote relaxation e.g. lavender and camomile. Ginseng is good for energy apparentky. Some things are edible or some come in the form of bubble baths or sprays for your pillow etc. Maybe look up Chinese herbal medicine for ideas xxx
