I know low sodium due to high blood pressure and don't like spicy foods, so some possible culprits are not on the table.
Cocoa chocolate bars are supposed to help with anxiety. I hope it helps many of you. Knowing it's medicine spoils the whole joy of eating it. The new mind set over eating chocolate can help.
