Has anyone applied for disability for their depression? ONly reason I'm asking is because my friend asked me about it. Not sure if I can apply for depression or if I need to apply for my diabetes.

thank you Dolphin. I may have to ask my psychaitrist about applying for disability. Just want to relapse while working and the job/company doesn't take me back due to the depression

yes I'm in New Jersey

Ok I'm in Mass.

I just called the social security office and told them the situation and got the ball rolling.

Yes I applied many years ago and got it. It’s harder these days though. I’m in Australia.
