i had to take STD due to anxiety and depression has this happen to any of you all? It has been a rough journey

hi this is Shnookie. I was on temporary state disability from November 2019 to November 2020 due to anxiety, depression and increased ADHD symptoms. I was working as a caregiver at the time I didn’t want to take this but my symptoms became too great for me to work a full time job. Tho I was still working 12 hours a week, I was allowed to still receive my state disability. Then COVID lockdown came in

February 2020 and it freaked me out and I gave up my 12 hour a week job. I had to adapt to things like receiving food stamps for the first time in my life and other types of assistance. I had a social worker and found websites like HU for emotional support. It was a very tough period for me

but I literally took things one day at a time n

and found employment just b4 my disability ended. I’m here 4 U

yes this is scary anxiety and depression are no joke and thankyou so much....I have dr appt morrow me and him will determine how long im gonna be out....smh

i might have to take at least 2 months off i gotta get better i cant even drive due to panic attacks
