Hi there I guess you've been feeling like this for sometime have you sought help! Are you just over tired or have you suffered from health anxiety and depression for sometime! Have you seen the doctor about how you feel if not please do take all the advice you feel you need take care and hope you get well soon!

Hi omelas ! Have you been to a sleep doctor ? I just found out I sleep apnea due to my mouth/tongue anatomy.

For years I thought it was my anxiety and depression but it was not .

I have had about 12 hours sleep in three nights. I know how you are feeling. I believe I have insomnia from a new med.

Are you sleeping too much like s depressed mood or not sleeping at all?

Either way it's not good for us. Makes us more emotional.

I'm not sure what advice to give you other than talk to your md. See if you can figure something out.

Hi omelas! Like others say, it could be more than tiredness, and may be problems with energy or getting good sleep. My anxiety stops me from getting sleep, so I looked for ways to relax before bed.

Try working out this problem backwards. Your tired because why? What is the thing making you tired? What steps can you start taking to be less tired?

For me, what worked was sleeping around the same amount a night. I also try to leave my phone away from my bed at night too. Getting some kind of sun everyday is a huge plus. It takes a lot of work to shower and get out some days, but it really help me.
