Decisions decisions!

Looks like I have an offer on my home. I have a few days to think about. So I am trying to reach out and listen to everyone. I would stay in this area for now but open to change. I probably need it! If I take offer I clear 45k. But money isn't everything. It needs to he based on what's best for me at this point in life. Thanks for reading and if you have an opinion or advice please. ..let me know

hi my take is 45k profit its usually a no brainer.if you can get a home near family friends then go for it.as you say though its not about the money if your happy then stay your time to sell would come again.only you can make the choice.

Have you found a new home you would like to live in if you do sell. I think if you found somewhere you could start getting excited about your new place, thinking about how you will decorate and how it will look when you have your belongings in it. I'm having to move at the mo but haven't found anywhere to go to so that's very stressful and wouldn't want anyone to be in that position. I think if you know a plan for the future and there's not going to be any worry, clearing debt always a good feeling.

Would you move somewhere cheaper so you get to keep the 45 or will it get used just moving to a similar property. One thing I have enjoyed whilst preparing to move is getting rid of a lot of 'stuff' I think I have taken 25 bags to the charity shop. I read a book about having a tidy up. You pick everything up n decide do you love it, do you use it, does it make you happy n if yes pack it for your new place...if not take it to the charity shop. It feels nice to be surrounded by things I love, clothes that fit and books I will read. It's like I'll only be taking positive things with me.....when I find somewhere.

I think if you can find enough positive feelings about moving then go for it but think it important to have a plan for security and peace of mind.
