does anyone else feel chills and like cold air /draughts?

Been experiencing cold air from various angles in a warm room,just rently this has become annoying and slightly worrying as its been happening more and it apparently part of anxiety-------my face also gets flushed ,there is something underlying going on and the small amount of diazepam doesn't always help,please respond thanks.

I sometimes get chills at the same time I am noticing an increase in anxiety.

hi,apparently when one is stressed out chills and the opposite feeling hot/sweats are part and parcel of feeling stressed and anxious,cold limbs ect.,anyone else feel like this .
