Why do I feel this way?

Why have all the good feelings I used to have been robbed from me the ability to enjoin tv shows without over analysing the jokes and thinking oh yeah that’s really trivial and predictable not being able to zone out or just feel all of those comfortable feelings I used to have gone why? I do have generalised anxiety disorder and haven’t been doing all together that much for a year and have a lot of stress on my plate could that be it I don’t know?

Could be your tastes have changed. I used to like to watch friends back when it was on but can’t stand it in reruns. I think we all tend to evolve different preferences as we grow older.

That could be it. Sometimes when we are anxious or sad we are super sensitive to the people and things around us . What never bothered us before can become a huge irritant . It will probably pass as you recover and you will again enjoy yourself. Pam

i get that. I try to watch standup comedy on netflix. Don't laugh at all. And it always seems to be that there are depression and suicide references in many of their "jokes"...
