I'm sorry, and understand. I have been there. Something that helped me and has helped many is taking both magnesium malate and ginseng. They calm the body mind and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Also, getting outside, lay on grass, look at big skies and remember the bigness of life, it will shrink your problems and anxieties down again. Distract yourself w a good audio book mystery or something. It takes your focus off of your worries as you try to solve the mystery. Help others when you feel you can, it also helps you. <3 =)
