Feel like I might have a panic attack

I took a trazodone and am waiting for sleep to come but I’m having a lot of physical symptoms of anxiety overwhelming me. I need to calm down but I feel sick

Hello Maggie,

The wave of physical sensations with anxiety can be awful, I know. How are you feeling now? Has the trazodone kicked in yet? If not, some slow, measured breathing can help get you there to a restful state (but I'm sure you already know that). Here to talk, if you need. Take care.

Traz worked, and a little support from my husband helped get me out of it. I’m still in rough shape but feel better enough to sleep. Thanks for the support. 💛

Download this app called Rootd it has a panic attack button that I think may help..hope you feeling better and were able to catch your breath..
