If you need to talk, there are plenty of people here to talk to.
Hi Green.
Dealing with thoughts properly took some time and training for me. The toughest part was realizing I'm not my thoughts. If I were my thoughts, I couldn't observe them. If I were my thoughts, they wouldn't be working against me (Darwin's Survival of the Fittest Theory). If I were my thoughts I wouldn't need them because I'd already know what I was thinking. All those things (and more) added up for me and I began to take my thoughts a little less seriously. With time and training I began to see my thoughts as coming and going like the wind.
I've been where you are today. Many of us have. You're not alone. There are resources available so you can get the help you need. This site is a great place to start. We're not meant to do this alone.
May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free of suffering.
Thank you! And you are right. We are not meant to live this life alone.
Prayers for sure!
I totally understand the feeling of wanting to be left alone. Though being alone can be detrimental if ones has negative thought flowing

I m sorry for what you are going through. I have said a prayer and will continue to as well. is there anyone you can talk to ? a friend ,sibling your church pastor? if not there is a crisis Text line at 741741 . If you feel you may want to harm yourself please call 911 or National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255. Do you see a therapist? if not here is a number for an organization that is non-profit that can offer free counseling advise and can refer you to professionals in your area. What I can tell you is that a couple of books that have helped me are Anxious For Nothing by John McAurthur and also by the same title by Max Lucado. One of the things that I found that helps is to count my blessings. When you see how richly blessed you really are Anxiety and depression usually beat a hasty retreat.
