I have been dealing with Anxiety and Depression for a majority of my life and was officially diagnosed in the fall of last year. After months of feeling the best I had in a very long time, I’ve reached a low once again. My depression is caused by my anxiety and it has been absolutely crippling lately. I could really use some advice on how to manage panic attacks, overthinking, unwanted thoughts, anger, and stress. I’ve been seeing a therapist pretty regularly but still struggle to manage once I’m alone. I have a lot on my plate right now, but there’s not much else that I can cut out of my schedule and I feel as though I’m running out of options.

Well, there are so many different techniques that can help depending on what exactly it is you’re experiencing. I’ve found, for me, that doing some grounding is helpful. Meditation can be useful if done properly and you’re into that. Keep in mind that it’s best to deal with the anxiety as it is increasing, before it reaches panic attack because once you get there, there isn’t much that will help
I think sometimes when looking at anxiety and depression, the fact of it all and everything that entails gets me overwhelmed. If I think about it too much I tend to become more stressed. Sometimes just breathing is enough. Really focus on your breathing, deep breaths. Take note of what your therapist says and apply them at home. I'm don't know tons about what you're going through, but I hope this book helps you bit.ly/2Z0PEDW
