Feeling some anxiety this morning. I miss my cat, I wonder if my bf really loves me, and I worry because I haven’t found a job yet.
I hate feeling like this. It seems that anxiety is my new normal, and I hate that. I remember a time when it wasn’t like this and I felt so much more secure. I just want peace of mind.

Hey Kat63 do you see anyone as in doctor or therapist? Are you on any meds? I too deal with anxiety at times it’s an everyday things for days and there are times where it’s very few in between and I cherish those days. When I miss my cat and I’m not home or around I FaceTime my mom to see him until I am able to go to him.
I hope some light comes back in for you soon. It's difficult when the grips go on, to see anything but strife, but there's always a light somewhere for us.
As far as renting your life out by the hour on someone else's agenda...well - it ain't all its cracked up to be once you're doing it! 😊
It is so difficult when we start to feel low about something and then that feeling starts to affect everything in life, too. Isn’t it! It seems like a snowball of the emotions. I’m so sorry that you are feeling so low and anxious.
I’ve found one way to defeat my emotions is to start my day by reading the Bible. It’s funny how scriptures can provide the calm that we need to get us through the day. There are so many encouraging verses that make me feel so much better. Do you have a special Bible verse that you can draw strength from? I like Philippians 4:7 “And the peace of God, that passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” That is an encouragement to my heart!
My prayer for you is that you start to feel better, that your fears are relieved, and that a door of opportunity opens wide for you. In Jesus Name. Amen. Hang in there…and may tomorrow be a better day!
