Yes. From the mental hospital that was like jail. We were locked in treated badly, sexually assaulted, and with the criminally insane. It was two months. Also from a bad car wreck. It was on fire and the doors wouldn't open. It scared me to death and I haven't been on the highway since. That was four years ago.

Went through a lot of trauma as a child, teenager - then as an adult...didn't really begin to process everything I have witnessed and been through until I was around 27. The past few years have been beyond difficult, but doing EMDR, reading Claire Weekes, eating healthy, exercise and occasionally small amounts of marijuana have helped me through all the crazy shit. Best advice I have heard is to change your beliefs and accept...really the only way you will pull through it or else you will be stuck in the trauma base mind set for life.

Yes very traumatic childhood and adulthood so sorry you are going through this too

I do. Lost my son at a young age. I’ve been physically, sexually, and emitted abused up until 2 years ago. And the cherry on the top was my cousin dying two years ago a young mama with her entire life ahead of her. Now I fear it’s my turn.. I’ve been struggling for two years

I lost my Son at the Age of 15 years old i was all most 6 month's pregnant he only lived for 3 days also in my child hood at age 6 or 7 was being abused by my tutor at school so that's how Fear started to cause me issues and by age 18 was in a domestically violence relationship
