Hi, I have suffered from major anxiety about my health for at least four years since I was about 15-16. it just makes my life so stressful and unenjoyable constantly. Just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips/ways of thinking they could help me with? I know CBT is great, but not in my price range at the moment unfortunately.

Try a book called “Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy” by David Burns. Or really, any of his books. He talks a lot about depression, but the exercises are also very good for anxiety.
I'm the same. This is the longest bout of depression I've had. It's been about 2 months. I lose my appetite and keep losing weight. I have to force myself to eat and am worried something more is going on.
