anybody experienced inability to think ,just that their mind stopped thinking ,when tasks are at hand especially mutliple tasking?

Im glad you mentioned this . I also get this when I feel overehelmed by things like as you say multitasking. I feel panicky when I am cooking a meal and sometimes have to go and lie down because I find it too much. I also get overwhelmed by having long conversations with people my mind will just go blank. You are no alone with this. It's really hard to cope with.

Actually its a good thing. Not thinking. We spend too much hours thinking.
