Overwhelmed

After a 16 hour shift, five hours of sleep, then back for another 8...I’m dead on my feet. I know this makes me vulnerable to emotional lows happens a lot. But I’m overwhelmed thinking about everything and feel resentful of people I depended on and aren’t there for me now. I’m obsessing over trying to move out but am afraid I’ll mess up or won’t be able to or something like that. I’m stressing.

Those are some brutal hours and your work ethic is commendable. Focus on the job at hand and try to feel good about yourself for having the motivation to get out there and getting it done in the work place as you're doing. Hang in there, you're likely to feel a little better about things when you get some down time.

Thank you and yeah I will feel better I know it’s exhaustion but I know I’ll still be obsessing about moving out 😕
