I feel my back is hurting too , when I put my head completely forwards ( chin against chest ) it is painful .
Anyway since yesterday I feel really dizzy and tired in general , could this be because of the neck pain ? It’s making me anxious so obviously that’s not helping the dizziness....

Hey ! Dude, first off...I don't think feeling dizzy and tired is something to worry about. I know how it gets. Trust me. What I usually do is just ask my parents (they're doctors so that's easy) and what I've learnt is that fatigue and dizziness can be simply from overworking, not enough sleep, not enough food, general stress, etc. Very simple things. Don't worry.
About your back, go see a doctor. Maybe you've gotten an injury (not harmful. Just think of it as a scratch. Very much able to heal) and need some medicine. It's either that, or the fact that you sit for too long in one position so your muscles are tense OR you slept in an awkward position. Either way. It's nothing to be anxious about.
Physical therapy would be perfect for this... That and some message.
