If your in the uk, call NHS direct. They can advice you and put you in touch with correct services if you require it. Other countries will have there own, otherwise, get in contact with your doctor. As much as I think this site is superb, I would always ask the professionals for things like accidental overdoses. None of us could ask you the appropriate questions to properly gauge how the drug is affecting you.

Hi it's not going to do you any harm at all as they aren't strong controlled drugs you know. You might feel a bit shaky but if you are worried why not call your doctors and ask to speak to someone on the phone. Or if you are in the UK ask your pharmacist. x

Generally speaking, I think you'll be okay. Surely there has been someone who thought they forgot a dose....and then took another dose. If in doubt, as others have said, a poison control line or pharmacist should be able to give a professional opinion. You may or may not feel any different....perhaps side effects heightened. Otherwise, I think most "overdose" cases involve a larger quantity with lesser quantities being more concerned with controlled substances. You'll be fine, but definitely check with the professionals first for peace of mine/what to expect. Hope you feel okay and don't notice a difference with this
