Job is aging me

Well anoth r day full of office politics. How do u behave when u are the quiet one ssurrounded by attention seeking narcissist s. Ear plugs in listening to Les brown, toxic shame relief self help, cnn, it all was downed out by nonsensical chitter chatter. My attempts at connecting with others ends in puzzled looks and backbiting. My avoidant personality disorder makes me want to hide. They won't let me telework either. Feeling so drained.

That sucks. My last job was a lot like that. So much noise and chatter that I could barely concentrate. And the last 2 months I was there, we had the boss from hell.

This is exactly how I feel! It’s 9pm and am in bed ready for a new day at my new job tomorrow. I have so much anxietyy, they havent welcomed me like I wished they have, i dont feel fully trained and I am a wreck at work. I have lost all hope in myself and life. Some of the workers are just pure trash. I feel so helpless. To make it worse I am so quiet and I am too afraid to ask for her

I've been here almost ten years and never made any friends. It's just my avoidant personality. Being afraid of attachment and trust issues 😒. Hopefully you will catch on and start to feel comfortable, we can only hope things get better. I feel safe now that weekend is here

I can completely relate to everything you're saying. I have severe social anxiety disorder and just can't deal with people. I don't know how you even do it on a day to day basis. That must be so hard.
