In a dream

When I start to have an anxiety attack, I get this pit feeling in my stomach. Then I start to shake and I get overwhelmed with this feeling as if the whole thing is a dream. Then it’s like a start to black out because it’s like something as covered my eyes. It’s a horrible and terrifying experience.

Yes it is so unpleasant, isn't it? I get the tight stomach and some derealization as well.

I get trouble with my breathing and my heart beats faster. I cry, and feel like I’m going crazy.
