Feel needy today

I need other people in my life at all levels - from the love of my life sitting next to me on the couch, all the way down to exchanging a smile and “hello” with the cashier at the store.

I’ve been unemployed for 7 weeks and I live alone. I’m moving in with my boyfriend next week. I hope that will help matters. I’m scared of everything a lot of the time. I just want a normal life, and to not feel scared and anxious all the time.

I hear you. I moved to a new city in May last year and I haven’t made any friends. Just as I met a new girl my anxiety/depression got really bad and I’ve hidden away from making friends. I know it will probably help me but I’m scared of someone finding out how badly I was doing and how I’m on all these medications just to survive. I hope moving in with your bf helps and you transition smoothly.
