As of recently I have had such a hard time getting up. I immediately have anxiety and dont want to start the day. Once I am up, I feel very tired and start being negative with my thoughts thinking I've lost myself or panic b/c I dont feel good ..

Hello, yes I have many mornings like this...

I think it's common with anxiety...

Bad way to start the day...

Hang in there..

I’m most anxious in the mornings, too. I don’t know how to make it stop. I do know some things to help me if I have a panic attack - things like breathing techniques, and a meditation app on my phone.

If I have stuff to do, that usually helps. I lost my job 7 weeks ago. Although I think I have GAD (undiagnosed), this current situation I’m in has triggered a new higher level of anxiety.
