I been going through a lot of bullsh*t, and been frustrated for days. A lot of negative thoughts and feelings consume me and get bad attitudes with some friends online. I dont want to be this way. I want to know ways to become more positive. It be nice to hear from other peoples views.

I went through a period like that when I was a lot younger. I was giving myself a lot of negative self-talk and encouraging my own bad attitude. Based on my experience, I think you need to break those mental habits as soon and as thoroughly as possible.
What helped me most was a book called Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David Burns. It works by using principals of CBT to retrain your thoughts. When we’re not doing too well, our thoughts are distorted. When we keep telling ourselves the distorted thoughts over and over again, we affect our mood and our attitude toward life. By changing the stream of self-talk in our heads, we can change our mood and attitude.
