Yes, very much so. One way I cope is by writing about it in my journal, and also meditation. How about you?
Practicing gratitude, reading esoteric texts, taking occasional breaks from thinking (maybe consider it an "intellectual vacation"), reading the Bible, prayer, creative visualization, icon meditation, medication, supplements, counseling, this online forum, reading spiritual self-help books, reading fiction, going to church, examining events in my life to see my mission within them, bawling to my mom on the phone (hey, it helps, and she's okay with it), spending time with friends when I need to get my mind off of stuff, reading other people's spiritual experiences, running, watching television (especially Impractical Jokers), practicing acceptance of unknowing and of struggle (existentialist philosophy helps with this), and studying world religions helps me to cope with this. Do you have any other suggestions?
