Hi everyone, I’m new here. I’ve been reading some of post here and I know the feeling awe too well. Some days are better than others that’s for sure. Sometimes I can’t even get out of bed. But then I think about everyone in my life, and remember the good times. This motivates me to get out of the house and live in the moment. Meditating and practicing EFT tapping helps too. I know everyone’s experience is different. This are a few things that helps me and I hope it helps others too. Hugs.

Definitely can relate to this too. Not wanting to move out of bed for hours. Wasted in my thoughts, ruminating. And yes I definitely can say to keep the faith, pray and do something that can distract you. Good distraction. I've done better with reading to help.
