Learning that even though I think moving back to the city I was in will fix my problems I can't. I have to continue with my therapy to learn where all my feelings of not feeling good enough came from. I have to make this go away once and for all. I will get there. There is alight at the end of my tunnel.

Moving might help. But you are right to realize that moving by itself will not magically fix everything. I’m moving myself in about 10 days, and when I get there, I need to find a doctor and a therapist before I do anything else.

My therapist and I agree that my situation may get better but my underlying issues will come to a head again. That I need to make a stand now. When you're going thru hell...keep walking ya know?
