Yes. I am currently going through that right now as I respond. I have a cold and my anxiety is through the roof.
Well you aren’t alone, and either am I.
If I get a cold, I’m out for a month+ - I’ll get depressed and it will persist after the cold.. then I’ll get sick again because my immunity is lower and so on and on... nightmare.
I always do! I thought I was the only one.
When I get a chest infection (I have COPD) my anxiety is so bad i end up hyperventilating and need to call an ambulance!!!!
