Resistance.
Love this I have started this journey and will keep the power there for sure have a lovely evening
Living in the here and now is difficult. I've always been a problem solver asking "what if...." Suggestions on how to work thru that?
There is loads of problems we cant solve, so if we cant solve them , whats the point of worrying or trying, So try to just relax and be here now. not in the past or future, relax enjoy. be happy dont worry !!
Definitely good ideas.
Now all I have to do is stop the exhausting anxiety to be able to concentrate on the self talk, mindful meditations and the moment. Every component works for a short time.
The days are exhausting and debilitating! I sure can't control others if I can't even control myself. Knowing all that and working a program that works, are not in my daily life now.
Open to all advice.
I read an article today re doing meditation when not sat still it's all about having a five minute meditation minimum a day and hey I not good at this , but after reading this it made me realise so if you go out for a walk each day which I am persisting with myself to do focus on your steps and feel the ground etc and if you re track back to problems focus on your steps try it I going to do it today as have to walk to shop and get some tobacco and my anxiety plays tricks with me when I go out , so this will help me massively
Sounds like you found how to help yourself. Congratulations!
YouTube.com has anxiety meditations of various lengths and subjects. It's free.
While in bed using a headphone extension cord between headphones and computer, is the best for me.
Psychs and Oncologist have recommended I listen twice a day. Good goal.
