I’m constantly crying and feeling very low

Hi everyone my name is Jessica I have GAD and depression I have struggled with it for nearly 3 years now and it’s got the point where I am now scared of myself and what I may do I’m very close to my mum and boyfriend they are my anchors, but I do want to be able to feel happy within myself and I haven’t in along time, I feel like I’m the only one that feels this even though mum and boyfriend tell me I’m not.
