It's very hard for me to get through my day. I just want to end like this. But I have a very good husband at the very least. What can I do?

It's very hard for me to get through my day. I just want to end like this. But I have a very good husband at the very least. What can I do?
By just concentrating on the day ahead and not worrying about the future or looking back with regrets. Have a look at mindfulness as this teaches you to remain in the future.
Use the days you are feeling a bit better to do more and give yourself leeway for those days you can't do much. Are you getting any medical help? x
I completely relate to where you are, and I'm sorry you feel that way.
One thing I read which has really helped me is when you feel awful, just take a breath and identify what you're doing in that moment E.g. "I'm a woman sat on the sofa" "I'm a man drinking a glass of water". I find it really bring me to the present and we are not defined by anything that has gone before. We are all humans, doing everyday things.
Every day is different, but you are strong.
