Extreme Fatigue brain and face tingles

I’ve been feeling so tired to the point it’s scary I started taking Vit D3 which has made a major improvement for my anxiety/depression but I get so “fizzy” headed I can’t explain it but it scares me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired but has anyone felt like this? I’m on 2.5 of lexapro tapering off from 10mg and I take 325 iron.

Those symptoms could either be your underlying anxiety or discontinuation syndrome from your SSRI. Neither are particularly 'dangerous', just unpleasant.

My pleasure... I have a host of bizarre symptoms everyday and I've found that even though it takes time, we can start normalizing them so that we don't upset ourselves all over again.

I take a generic drug very similar to Lexapro and I've had tingling off and on in one of my legs. But I don't think it's serious. As far as lethargy, that can be one of the side effects. There can also be other causes such as poor sleep, over/underactive thyroid, and low iron levels (especially in women). It's good that you are taking an iron supplement. I also know that depression can cause lethargy (depressive thinking). If you haven't had a recent physical with bloodwork to rule out physical causes, then that might be an option to consider.
