I keep a knife under my pillow just in case I feel too much...

littleemoshite, We are here to support you and help you through your difficult

moments. However, the first thing I would recommend is removing that knife

from under your pillow. If you start feeling too much, it's time to call your

doctor or therapist for professional help. Our purpose on this site is to keep

each other safe. We are all here to share our personal experiences with mental

health issues. There are always other ways to handle our deep emotional upsets.

Self harm is not one of them. I hope you reach out to us. Make this your safe

place to come to where people care and do not judge you. We are here to listen.

You are brave to admit this. Have you seen/are you seeing a licensed counselor or therapist? Have you been honest with them about keeping a knife under your pillow? Hope you are able to find help and healing from the pain.

Please talk to someone when you feel like it's to much your holding on to. I know its hard to find someone to trust without judgment. Find a therapist and remember you are not alone. Don't lose hope.

So sorry for the pain that you are feeling. As Agora and RLost said, it would be wise to seek the help of a licensed counselor or therapist. They may be able to help you find different strategies for coping or expressing the pain that is in your heart.Please be honest with them as you have with us here.
