I just want to cry my eyes out for no apparent reason today

Do it then! You’ll feel better afterwards when you are crying pay attention to your thoughts and write them down after, keeping track of what you’re thinking is really therapeutic and you will probably find a pattern of thought that takes you to that place of sadness. Try and get a big walk in as well

There's a pain or anguish that needs to get out - so let it. Let us know what you dealing with once you find out.
