Thank you for your kind words. It's just been a bad day so far... Or few days. Just throwing myself a pity party in the meantime.

what would be the one thing that would really help- or the support that would make a change and a real shift for you dear Sasha?- lets be generous here - anything you can imagine

I know what I need... It's pretty much to let go. I have so much anger and resentment built up, it just eats away at me. But the thing about letting go is you have to open up and face a lot of hard truths about yourself and life in general. I can't even talk about the reasons for my depression and anxiety. Like I said... Pity party.

what if you would lose that part of you that thinks it knows it all ( the reasons the bodily sensations that we name and interpret as fear, guilt, shame - and the list goes on and on..... ) - by losing it I mean - it been completely erased and wiped out - no longer in the memory storage - puff! GONE !! it was all one big illusion - what a movie ..

Then what would we actually know? nothing, right? - this nothingness is closer to our true nature - you soul you spirit your divine nature if you will the name is irrelevant too:) the rest are mind constructions = an attempt to understand/explain very complex bodily systems in a rational way - we can agree that this is very limited, right ? When coming closer to yourself without any judgement whatsoever - and really not knowing then we truly are letting go of all the accumulated nonsense we believed factual - then you are truly liberated - free to feel all the joy and happiness waiting to be awakened - without labeling and knowing

Ahh the tons of fun "What If" game. I wish it was all one big illusion, but the pain of it is still very real. I know I'm my biggest obstacle here but I'm so exhausted I don't even know where to begin with everything. I don't even think I should be interacting with anyone right now, there's just so much negativity surrounding me. I appreciate the help and I'll come back and read this again when I'm in a more open minded and reasonable state of mind.

Consider Relaxation Techniques MINDFULNESS. that should help you calm down and aid sleep.

If not already talk to your GP and explain your fears, Anxiety and see what is suggested.
